About Our Services

What We Ask of You
To get the best results, we need your help. Please give us all the necessary information about your business and goals. Be honest and clear with your feedback. Also, make sure payments are made on time as agreed. If we ask for something, it's usually to help you better.
Payments and Charges
We'll agree on prices and how you'll pay before we start any work. All our prices will be in Polish złoty (zł) or as discussed. We expect payments on time as per our invoice. If there are any delays, please talk to us. We understand things happen, but clear communication is key.
Keeping Things Private
We know your business information is private. We promise to keep all your company details and any sensitive information confidential. We won't share it with anyone outside our team unless you say it's okay, or if the law tells us we must. Your secrets are safe with us.
Our Commitment to You
We promise to do our best work for your business. We'll use our knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals. We aim for clear communication and practical solutions. If something isn't working, tell us, and we'll try to sort it out.
Ending Our Work Together
Either you or Finansowy Impuls can decide to stop working together. If you need to end our agreement, we ask for a reasonable notice period, usually 14 days, unless we agreed differently. Any work done up to that point will need to be paid for. We'll always try to part ways fairly.
General Stuff
These terms are the main agreement between us. If any part of these terms isn't quite right, the rest of them still stand. We're a business operating in Poland, and Polish law will apply to these terms. If we have a big problem we can't solve, it will be handled by a court in Poland.
